The room here is pretty nice with a huge bathroom, a sofa bed, a work desk, and a seating area, located just off the town's center with a lovely garden.

Every detail of the hotel was perfectly fine, all the staff were amicable. My twin/double room was well-equipped with a bathroom. Location: the venue was just next door to boats & ferries sail to the Gili Islands, a restaurant at the premises and the ferry for the gilis. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

The location is perfect, being near Bangsal ferry, and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.

The location of this place is great, being close to a mosque, and the budget room we booked was spacious with strong air conditioning and a bathroom with a warm shower.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as occasional power cuts and limited internet connectivity, we understood that these were beyond the control of the hotel. we had a wonderful stay at Arnel Bungalows and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

We had a wonderful stay during our Easter break. The owners of the place were lovely and we had great conversations with them. The lady cooked delicious and affordable meals, which we enjoyed. The location was also a key factor, as it was walking distance to the port, making it convenient for our travels. The room itself was simple yet tidy and comfortable, with a lovely porch that had a nice garden view. We also appreciated the mosquito net over the bed.

We found that the water temperature in the shower could only be set either too hot or too cold, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there were occasional power cuts in the area, although this was not within the control of the owners.

The owner was friendly and helpful, fantastic breakfast and good coffee, comfy room with mosquito net and ample space, clean bathroom, stable Wi-Fi.
